Nodjes provides web design, web development, e-commerce, SEO, and maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a written proposal or contract for each project.

3. Payments

Project payments are typically split into milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered website assets, except for third-party libraries and tools licensed under their respective terms.

5. Warranties

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic or revenue increases.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodjes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees due for work completed up to termination remain payable.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
